My daughter signed on with the Edge in the spring and moved in August. I was happy that it was so close to the UCA campus and is a gated community. It is a spacious apartment (she’s in a 2 bedroom), has all the amenities, clean and furnished quite nicely. She feels safe being there and that’s the biggest worry I had with her moving off campus. So glad she was able to secure a lease with The Edge at Donaghey!

My sister lives here and I love visiting her. Her apartment is so cute. I was with her during move-in day and it was so easy. All of her furniture was already set up, all she had to do was bring in her clothes and decorations!

I am so happy that I can call The Edge my home! Moving in was such a stress-free experience. The workers in the front were awesome and really know what they are doing! I love being so close to campus and having my own bathroom is a major plus! I plan on staying here throughout my college years. Big thumbs up!
